Swedbank did an interview with our founder Ida Johansson about her journey from UF to AB and about the story behind Hyred's business idea. UF is a Swedish organization where young people get to start their own companies, as a part of a school course.
"I think the right person should be in the right place. It applies to everything in society. I think you focus too much on what gender you are, what age you are, and that too little attention is paid to actual opportunities. No one should have an advantage. The industry needs to go in that direction,” (translated)

Ida also left a advice for future UF entrepreneurs:
“Think big. The UF year is for testing a crazy idea. There are only possibilities. Don't limit yourself by thinking 'I can't do this'. There is so much to learn on the internet, my journey is a good example of that.” (translated)
