As part of her high school education, Ida Johansson ran a successful UF company between 2018/2019. That was the beginning for what later became Hyred (formerly Turn Consulting).
Every year Ung Företagsamhet Sweden awards a former UF company that has been successfully transformed into a registered company. Host of the year's UF to AB scholarship was Triton Partners. Triton is a private equity company that acquires and invests in medium-sized companies in Northern Europe, Italy and Spain.
Representative from Triton, Kristian Jakobsen, announced the jury's reasoning:
"Ida's idea is both innovative, it solves a clear problem in a good way and also has ethnicity, gender and equality in focus. The idea is also automated and scalable. Not only the idea stood out, but also Ida, who the jury perceived as extremely motivated." (translated)
